First.....let's look at DATES

Once you have added your requested booking dates into the system - the request is sent.

Please be aware that your booking is NOT guaranteed until a deposit is paid.

The 'Booking Payment Terms and Conditions' are detailed at this stage for you to read.

DEPOSIT: To  guarantee your dates and confirm your booking, a non refundable deposit of £50.00 is required. This is payable via BACS transfer. An invoice with the BACS details will be sent to you.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Once your deposit has been paid/received, a Booking Confirmation will be issued and your dates are guaranteed *up until the balance due date. Please check the details carefully and make contact immediately if any details are incorrect.

BALANCE

The remaining balance plus the refundable security fee of £125 is due 8 weeks’ prior to arrival also payable via BACS transfer. For guests arriving within 8 weeks of the start of their rental, full payment will be taken in advance for the duration of the stay.

*PAYMENT INSTALMENTS - to help you budget, I can also arrange for your payments to be paid in monthly instalments, so you can easily spread the cost......please ask me about this.

SECURITY BOND

A refundable security fee of £125.00 to cover any damage/breakages is payable in addition to the cost of your stay.  This amount is refunded to you in full after your departure subject to an inspection of the caravan on the day of check out.  You will need to provide your BACS details.

GUEST REGISTRATION & HOBURNE GUEST PASSES

30 days before your arrival, a Guest Registration form will be sent to you.

You will need to complete this and return it promptly so that your Leisure/Entertainment/Car park passes can be processed. You cannot access the site without them!

At this stage, facilities, tourist information and check in details will be sent -  and you can RELAX as you will have all the information you need so you can plan your stay!

CHECK IN DAY

A keybox code will be sent so you can 'Self Check In' from 4pm

CANCELLATION .....(Hopefully not.....but.....)

Please ensure that you have read the cancellation details provided in the 'Booking Payment Terms and Conditions'. Travel Insurance to cover any eventualities is recommended.
